This Notion template is for anyone who wants a quick and easy way to track their mental health.
I created this after going to therapy and learning about things like SMART goals, daily mood tracking and how much physical exercise positively impacts my mental health.
I utilized page templates for all sections to have pre-filled data for workouts, appointments, goal setting and daily reflection.
